Whittler’s Oil

A traditional finishing oil for freshly carved and seasoned wood. Blended to nourish, protect and enhance the natural character of spoons, bowls, kuksas and tool handles, it penetrates deeply without leaving a heavy or greasy finish. Works on green wood and seasoned pieces alike — stabilising fibres, reducing the risk of cracking, and bringing out the grain with a soft, natural sheen. Food-safe, non-allergenic, and clean enough for everyday use in the field or at home.

Apply a generous coat to clean wood with a cloth or your fingers. Work into the grain and leave to absorb. Wipe away any excess. Repeat until the wood stops drinking. Reapply periodically to maintain the finish.

Available in 100ml and 30ml with dropper.
