Assam black tea as the backbone — full-bodied, naturally caffeinated, with the malty depth that holds a blend together.

From there, warming ginger and fennel for digestion and ease, rose petals for a quiet floral sweetness that softens the spice, and a whisper of black pepper for warmth and circulation. Then something less expected: Norwegian pine needles, forest-fresh and rich in antioxidants, adding a wild, resinous note that lifts the whole cup somewhere else entirely.

Small batch. Loose leaf. Good any time of day, but particularly good when you’ve just come in from outside.

Brew with water just off the boil for 4–5 minutes. Add milk if you like. Sweeten with honey.
